Weekend Workshops: April 30-May 1

April 30-May 1 is another busy weekend at Brookfield Craft Center! Take your pick of a unique class in fiber arts, jewelry making, or woodturning.

All of these classes are either 1-2 day workshops and are designed for students who are just starting in each craft (see each course for details). Make a plan to spend some time with us this weekend.

Try an Evening Class!

Weekends not your thing? Why not try one of these evening classes that BCC is offering in the weeks ahead. After you’ve spent a day at work, treat yourself to learning the skills of a craft artist: discover mold making in ceramic and glass, or how to solder metal to create fine jewelry.

3-Day Jewelrymaking Intensive Workshop

If your schedule doesn’t permit you to commit to a class of 6-weekly sessions, then this intensive 3-day workshop is for you. Students will explore the art of jewelry design and metalsmithing from start to finish. Topics covered include design considerations, the various metals used in jewelry, basic metalsmithing tools and their uses. Thursday through Saturday, March 10-12.
