2026 Artists on the Rise

Brookfield Craft is now showing a collection of work called Artists on the Rise created from high school aged artists. While most of the pieces come from students in the greater Danbury area, other parts of the state are also represented. The exhibition includes art and fine craft from over 110 students in a wide range of media including drawing and painting, jewelry, fiber, ceramics, and more.

Wood Turning & Wood Working

Join us for our wood turning and wood working classes held in the train station. Come turn on one of out many lathes!

Fun in the Forge

Welding, blacksmithing, and much more. Classes for all skill levels. Sign up early, classes fill up fast!

Create with Clay

Make a mug, a teapot or dinnerware! Home school pottery, after school pottery, and other youth adventures in clay.

Weaving & Fiber Classes

Weave a scarf, a table runner, block print a tea towel, learn Sashiko stitching and more.

Lampwork & Glass Classes

From lamp work beads to borosilicate and silkscreen, our glass studio hosts a variety of classes.

Brookfield Craft Center is pleased to offer the opportunity for students and members to hone their skills in our studios. Open Studio is available in our Forge, Clay, Glass and Jewelry Studios.
